I offer mindfulness and stress management training courses in a variety of formats. For example:
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is an evidence-based 8-week mindfulness course. Research shows that this course has many benefits in addition to reducing stress and boosting wellbeing. It can help participants to tap into their creativity and be more focused, as well as supporting productivity. This programme can be delivered in groups of up to 25 people meeting once a week for eight weeks, with each session two hours long.
Half day Mindfulness for Wellbeing workshop which equips participants with some simple mindfulness techniques they can take into their everyday lives in study or the workplace.
Half day Resilience Boosting course which explores the factors that can impact our resilience and helps participants build a personal toolkit for managing day to day stress.
Two hour Mindfulness for Busy People workshop which provides an accessible taster of mindfulness practices to reduce stress and support wellbeing.
