I am very excited to be teaching yoga and meditation at Honeywoods Camping's Wild Women Retreat in July again this year. This was one of my favourite weekends last year and I can't wait to be back in the woods sharing some nurturing, nourishing time with wonderful women (and beautiful trees) again this year.
