Stress Busting
Take a day out to de-stress and be kind to yourself, as you learn to unwind and restore your natural balance. You will try out lots of easy to use resilience-boosting techniques and gain tools to cope with every day stresses. Drawing on yoga, positive psychology, self-coaching, breathing exercises and mindfulness you will find ways to relax, unwind and think more clearly. In this way you will improve your self-awareness; access the resources you already have; and discover enjoyable ways to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Laughter Yoga Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises with yogic breathing (pranayama). Laughter yoga does not involve humour or comedy. Instead the exercises teach us to laugh for no reason, through playfulness and interaction with others. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
