Laughter Yoga is a combination of laughter exercises with yogic breathing (pranayama). Laughter yoga does not involve humour or comedy. Instead the exercises teach us to laugh for no reason, through playfulness and interaction with others. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter. Laughter helps to release endorphins, increase the amount of oxygen in your body and relieve everyday tensions and stress resulting in you feeling more healthy, energised and alive.
