Yoga is an ancient form of mindful exercise which unites the body, mind and breath to bring us into the present moment. Yoga enhances strength, flexibility and awareness through asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Mindful Yoga (online) Wednesdays 5.30 - 6.30pm for 10 weeks starting 21st April
A weekly yoga class with Bristol Folk House with a focus on de-stressing, and exploring present moment body awareness . The class links breath, movement and stillness in asana (yoga postures) with mindful awareness in order to de-stress, re-energise, relax and release tension from body and mind. A class for all levels, including those who have never practised yoga before.
