Yoga is an ancient form of mindful exercise which unites the body, mind and breath to bring us into the present moment. Yoga enhances strength, flexibility and awareness through asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation to boost physical and mental wellbeing.

A weekly yoga class at Bristol Folk House with a focus on de-stressing, and exploring present moment body awareness . The class links movement and held postures with breath awareness in order to de-stress, re-energise, relax and release tension from body and mind. A class for all levels, including those who have never practised yoga before.
